Lehman, Smith, Wiseman & Associates, a Washington-based full-service architectural and interior design firm, announced the following appointments: James B. McLeish III, partner in charge of project management and technical services; Teresa Wilson, senior associate; and Robert Cox, associate.

Nissel assistant administrator for external affairs of the Wilmer Eye Institute. Meridian Healthcare appointed J. Bruce Innes vice president of marketing. * The Bank of Bowie appointed Richard Severa assistant vice president and security officer.

* NationsBank Corp. named A. David Horsman senior vice president.

* Nicholas & Associates, an employee benefit consulting firm providing financial management and administration services for employers, appointed Laura B. Dustin manager of its Mid-Atlantic Regional Office in Charlottesville, Va.

* Provident Bank of Baltimore has appointed John Feeley vice president in the commercial lending division. * W.C. Pinkard & Co. Inc./Colliers International announced that Philip C. Iglehart has joined the firm as principal. He will oversee institutional real estate activities.
