Gladys E. Harris Retired saleswoman

Gladys E. Harris, a retired fur saleswoman at the downtown Hutzler's store, died Tuesday of heart failure at the Pickersgill retirement home in Towson, where she lived for nearly a decade. She was 90.

She retired about 25 years ago after working at the department store for more than 30 years.

The former Gladys E. Derry was born and reared in the Baltimore area. Her husband, C. Leslie Harris, died 30 years ago.

Services were set for 11 a.m. today at the A. Alan Seitz Funeral Home, 3818 Roland Ave., Baltimore.

She is survived by a son, C. Leslie Harris Jr.; a daughter, Gladys Elaine McCauly; a sister, Ruth Krout; five

grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
