Man, woman in Linthicum face drug charges after raid

County police charged two people with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Wednesday after a search of a house in Linthicum in which they reported finding 21 grams of the drug.

Catherine J. Rice, 20, of the 4400 block of Fenor Road and Charles Simonds, 30, of the 6400 block of Oak Park Court were arrested when police raided Mr. Simonds' home at 9:30 p.m. and confiscated the marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
