Test results for Broadneck High School

These numbers indicate what percentage of third-, fifth- and eighth-grade students enrolled in schools feeding into Broadneck High School scored at each of five levels of the Maryland School Performance Assessment tests administered in May 1992. The tests are designed to test students' proficiency in each of four skill areas: reading, math, science and social studies. Level 1 marks the highest level of achievement, Level 5 the lowest. The State Board of Education considers Level 3 satisfactory, and by 2000 wants at least 70 percent of Maryland students to score at that level. Scores marked with an * are for levels 4 and 5 combined.
