Baltimore City

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 4400 block of Chalet Court was in the 5000 block of Goodnow Road Thursday night when she was robbed of cash and property, all valued at more than $400, by two men who implied they had a gun.

SHOOTING: Eastern District -- A 14-year-old boy was shot early today in the 900 block of Valley St. near E. Eager Street by another youth during an argument over a girl. The armed teen-ager escaped on a bike and had not been arrested. Police said the victim and another teen-ager were arguing outside an apartment building at the Latrobe Homes shortly after midnight when one of the teen-agers pulled out a handgun and fired at least one shot, hitting the victim. The victim was treated by an ambulance crew before taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A man who implied he was armed with a handgun robbed a resident of the 1500 block of N. Durham St. of $200 in the 2000 block of Broadway Thursday morning.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A gunman robbed Mama Mia's restaurant in the 700 block of N. Broadway of an undisclosed sum Wednesday night.

SHOOTING: Eastern District -- A resident of the 2900 block of Kirk Ave. was listed in good condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital after being shot in the upper left leg by an unidentified man in the 2000 block of Ashland Ave. Thursday.

ROBBERY/ARRESTS: Southern District -- Police arrested two men early Thursday and charged them with assaulting a resident of the 1600 block of Clarkson St. in the 1600 block of Light St. and robbing him of a watch and gold chain. Held on $35,000 bond each pending a bail hearing in District Court were Joseph Trimper, 24, of the 1200 block of Ostend St., and Wayne Sewell, 20, of the 1100 block of Sergeant St.

SHOOTING: Southern District -- A resident of the 2400 block of Joseph St. was accidentally shot in the leg Thursday evening by a man firing a handgun for fun in the 2500 block of Joseph St. The victim was treated at Harbor Hospital Center and released.

CARJACKNG/SHOOTING: Western District -- A resident of the 2000 block of Penrose Ave. was listed in good condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the leg Thursday evening by one of two men who stole his car in the 2400 block of W. Lexington St. The victim was attempting to prevent the theft when one of the men pulled out a gun and shot him. The car, a 1984 Oldsmobile with Maryland temporary license plates 43092C has not been recovered.

SHOOTING/ARRESTS: Northern District -- Two men were arrested in connection with the shooting Wednesday of a resident of the 3300 block of W. Rogers Ave. man in the 2600 block of Quantico Ave. After he was knocked to the ground, the victim was shot in the left leg. He was taken to Sinai Hospital for treatment.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- Two men, one with a .38-caliber revolver, robbed the Sunoco food mart in the 4700 block of York Road of an undisclosed sum Thursday evening after threatening to shoot a female employee when she refused to open a safe.

ROBBERY/ARREST: Northern District -- A resident of the 600 block of Parkworth Ave. was near her home Thursday night when a man she knows robbed her of an undisclosed sum after assaulting her. The man was arrested and was being held pending assault and robbery charges.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1990 Jeep Cherokee with Missouri license plates was stolen from the 3500 block of St. Paul St. Thursday night.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: Towson District -- Three people, possibly including a woman, entered a house in the first block of Springbriar Lane shortly before 11 p.m. Thursday and robbed the three occupants of an undisclosed sum after binding their arms. During the robbery, one of the intruders struck an elderly woman with a gun, causing a minor injury. Several hours earlier, two men and a woman entered a home in the first block of Bitterroot Court at the Garrison Forest Apartments and robbed the occupants of money and other property. Police believe both robberies may have been committed by the same people.

ROBBERY: Essex District -- A man was leaving the Eastpoint Mall in the 7800 block of Eastern Boulevard Thursday night when three men forced him into their car and drove him into the city, where they robbed him of $40 before shoving him out of the car.
