Baltimore City

SHOOTINGS: Eastern District -- A couple standing in the 900 block of N. Wolfe St. about 2:30 a.m. yesterday were shot by an unknown person and taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital. The man, a 20-year-old resident of the 900 block of N. Washington St., was shot in the left thigh. The woman, 19, a resident of the 900 block of N. Chapel St., was shot in the left arm. Both were treated and released. No arrest had been made and police knew of no motive for the shootings.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- Four men, one with a gun, robbed the Great Wall Express carryout in the 6700 block of Holabird Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money about 11 p.m. Tuesday.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 300 block of Kerneway through a second-floor window Tuesday after climbing a ladder and stole property of unknown value.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Jewelry and cash, all valued at more than $6,000, were stolen from a house in the 4700 block of Wrenwood Ave. between June 18 and Tuesday by someone who entered through a dining room window.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1981 Oldsmobile Delta with New Jersey license plates 375RNE was stolen Tuesday from the 2700 block of N. Charles St.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A 21-speed bike valued at $150 was stolen from a garage in the 5700 block of Uffington Road between June 18 and Tuesday by someone who entered through a door.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 2300 block of Anoka Ave. of his wallet containing $100 while the victim was walking near his home Tuesday.

ROBBERY/ARREST: Northwestern District -- Police arrested a teen-age boy and charged him as a juvenile with the armed robbery of a young resident of the 5200 block of Park Heights Ave. A small sum of money was taken from the victim, who was about two blocks from his home. The accused youth, who was armed with a BB pistol, was released into the custody of his parents.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1400 block of W. Fayette St. was in the 2100 block of W. Baltimore St. Tuesday when a gunman robbed him of a watch and

T-shirt, all valued at $100.

ROBBERY/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a youth and were seeking two others in connection with the robbery of a resident of the 2300 block of W. Fayette St. in the 1900 block of W. Fayette St. Tuesday morning. The victim lost $85.

PURSE SNATCHING: Northeastern District -- An 84-year-old woman was walking in the 3100 block of Belair Road Tuesday morning when a man in his mid-20s stole her purse. The value of the contents of the purse was not available.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Tools valued at more than $200 were stolen from a storage shed in the 4100 block of Eastmont Ave. Tuesday morning.

STOLEN CAR: Northeastern District -- A 1975 Mercury with Maryland license plates WJB308 was stolen from the 5300 block of Greenhill Ave. between Monday and Tuesday.

STOLEN CAR: Northeastern District -- A 1980 Mercedes Benz with Maryland license plates 458ASM was stolen from the 1400 block of Northgate Road Monday night.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY TRY: Towson District -- Police were seeking a man who assaulted another man in the 2800 block of Smith Ave. Monday night and attempted to rob him. When the victim broke free and ran to his car, the other man continued to assault him and attempted to steal his keys and the car. After a struggle, the suspect fled. Identity of the victim was not immediately available.

BURGLARY: Garrison District -- Property of unknown value was stolen from an apartment in the 300 block of Pleasant Ridge Drive Tuesday afternoon by someone who entered through a door.

STOLEN CAR: Garrison District -- A burgundy 1987 Nissan station wagon with Maryland license plates AKV966 was stolen from the 8600 block of Liberty Road in Randallstown Tuesday.

BURGLARY: Cockeysville District -- Someone entered a house in the 800 block of Warren Road Tuesday through a rear door. It was not immediately known if any property was taken.
