POLICE LOG

* Ellicott City: 5500 block of Sterrett Place: Someone scratched a silver 1992 Volvo between 9:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. June 9. The owner of the car said someone has repeatedly scratched her co-workers' vehicles in the past few weeks as well.

4000 block of Crescent Road: Two light fixtures of a front-yard light pole were broken between 11 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday.

4600 block of Smokey Wreath Way: A barking dog did not attract the suspicion of residents as someone destroyed the lantern of a light pole in their front yard between 11 p.m. Sunday and 6:10 a.m. Monday.

9700 block of Frederick: Two light fixtures on an outside lamp pole were destroyed by a vandal between midnight and 7 a.m. Monday.

3100 block of Wheaton Way: A black 1986 Ford Mustang with Pennsylvania tags was stolen between 12:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. Tuesday.
