THEFT: Central District -- Two amplifiers and a compact disc changer, all valued at nearly $1,300, were stolen from a car parked in the first block of E. Chase St. about 3 a.m. Friday.

STOLEN CAR: Central District -- A 1984 Plymouth with Maryland license plates YZF853 was stolen from the 900 block of Brooks Lane Wednesday night or Thursday.

STOLEN CAR: Central District -- Someone stole a 1987 Pontiac with Maryland plates ZTP399 from the 1100 block of N. Calvert St. between May 30 and Thursday.

SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 2700 block of Talbot Road was listed in good condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the 4000 block of Edmondson Ave. Thursday.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered an apartment in the 2500 block of Edgecombe Circle North Wednesday or Thursday and stole three VCRs, worth nearly $800.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A gunman robbed the Royal Farms store in the 1100 block of W. 41st St. of $200 about 3 a.m. Thursday.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 1500 block of Pentridge Road was in the 5800 block of The Alameda Tuesday morning when a man stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at nearly $40.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 3900 block of Ednor Road was in the 5600 block of The Alameda Thursday when he was robbed of his wallet and $200.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Property valued at more than $2,000 was stolen from a house in the 400 block of Winston Ave. Taken was a half-karat diamond necklace, compact disc player, speakers, a vase and coins.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1700 block of W. Cold Spring Lane Thursday through a rear window and stole a VCR, TV and several compact discs.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- An electric typewriter,lamp and an air conditioner, all valued at more than $1,400, were stolen from Phil's tax service in the 4600 block of York Road Wednesday night or Thursday.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- A mountain bike and $40 were stolen from a house in the 400 block of Rosebank Ave. Thursday.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: Towson District -- A deliveryman for Pizza Hut was making a delivery in the 200 block of Rodgers Forge Road shortly after 11 p.m. Thursday when he was robbed of $25 by a gunman. The gunman escaped in a gold-colored Mazda driven by a second man.

BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Towson District -- Police arrested three juveniles and two adults after they entered Safe & Sound Auto Sales in the 1700 block of E. Joppa Road early Thursday morning. Police responding to a burglar alarm chased down the five suspects with the help of a K-9 unit. Several pieces of property were recovered outside the store, which sells sound equipment for cars and alarm systems. Officer Peter Hanlon said the juveniles were released to their parents while the adults were being held at the station pending charges and a bail hearing.
