Man is charged after breaking in mother's door CENTRAL--Westminster

A 25-year-old Westminster man who locked himself in his car after allegedly kicking in the back door of his mother's house on South Center Strett, was released on $10,000 unsecured bond Wednesday.

Ronald Le Costly was charged with ine count of breaking and entering, theft, resisting arrest and malicious destruction of property after his arrest near his mother's house.

City police said they were called about 9:50 a.m. and told that the man, whi is not allowed into his mother's home, had kicked in the rear door and taken a picture frame from the house.

When officers arrived, the man locked the doors of his car and refused to talk with them. Mr. Costley was taken from his car and arrested after police talked with him for about 30 minutes.

Damage to the door of the house was estimated ar $150.
