* Westminster: Two cars parked near Pennsylvania Avenue had their driver's side windows broken Monday. The owners estimated the damage at a total of $350.

A Sykesville man told police someone used a sharp object to scratch the driver's side of his car while it was parked at Cranberry Mall on Monday. He estimated the damage at $100.

An employee of Dutterer Flower Shop told police someone tampered with the steering column on a company vehicle Monday while it was parked near the business in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Ave. Damage was estimated at $100.
