Contractors for the county Department of Utilities are replacing 156 manhole covers and frames in the area through Sept. 21.
The work will be done between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on weekdays, and motorists can expect minor traffic congestion around the work areas, a spokesman for the Department of Utilities said. Steel plates will cover the manholes at night.
