BALTIMORE CITY

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A VCR valued at more than $200 was stolen from a house in the 3000 block of Grayson St. Saturday afternoon.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 2500 block of Emerson St. was walking in the 2000 block of Frederick Ave. Sunday morning when he was attacked by two men who struck him with a car radio aerial and robbed him of $60.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- A cellular phone valued at $300 was stolen from a car parked in the 2700 block of St. Lo Drive Sunday by someone who broke a window to gain entry.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered an outdoor storage shed in the 3700 block of Delverne Road Sunday and stole a lawn mower, weed eater and a bike.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A VCR valued at nearly $200 was stolen from a house in the 6400 block of Everall Ave. over the weekend.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Tires valued at $400 were stolen from a Toyota 4-Runner while the vehicle was parked in the 5900 block of Erdman Ave. over the weekend.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A power lawn mower valued at $219 was stolen from an outdoor storage shed in the 2500 block of Harford Road between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A drill, air-conditioner, circular saw and a battery charger, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen from a house in the 5200 block of Greenhill Ave. over the weekend by someone who entered through a door.

* THEFT/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested a 32-year-old man who attempted to leave the Super Fresh store in the 600 block of Gorsuch Ave. Saturday without paying for meat and dairy products.

* THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a convertible parked in the 2700 block of N. Calvert St. over the weekend by cutting the top and stole property valued at more than $500.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Stereo equipment valued at nearly $200 was stolen from a house in the 800 block of Druid Park Drive Saturday by someone who entered through a front door.

* THEFT: Northern District -- After a resident of the 500 block of E. Cold Spring Lane parked his bike in the 4500 block of York Road Saturday and left it unattended, someone stole it. The bike was valued at $600.

* THEFT/ARREST: Northern District -- Police arrested a 13-year-old boy Saturday who stole a tape recorder belonging to a resident of the 700 block of Glenwood Ave. during an incident in the 5200 block of The Alameda. The teen was released into the custody of his parents.

* ASSAULT: Northern District -- Police were seeking a man who struck a resident of the 2500 block of Greenmount Ave. in the face with a can of paint during an incident near the victim's home Saturday afternoon. The victim's jaw was broken, and he was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

* BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Northwestern District -- Police responding to a burglary in progress of a house in the 2800 block of Loudon Ave. Sunday afternoon arrested a 14-year-old boy and two men, ages 31 and 36, before they could steal any property.

* THEFT: Northwestern District -- Someone entered the property of St. Mark's Church in the 3900 block of Liberty Heights Ave. Saturday and stole $600 worth of copper piping and sheets of copper from a truck at a construction site.

* THEFT: Central District -- Property valued at nearly $200 was stolen from a car parked in the 300 block of Guilford Ave. Sunday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville District -- Jewelry and silverware, all valued at $21,000, were stolen from a house in the 1600 block of York Road in Monkton Sunday by someone who entered through the front door.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville District -- Carpet valued at more than $200 was stolen from a house in the 10600 block of Topfield Drive over the weekend by someone who entered through a basement window.

* THEFT: Cockeysville District -- Someone entered a car parked at the Hunt Valley Mall Sunday and stole a briefcase, adding machine and two back-packs, all valued at nearly $400.

* THEFT: Cockeysville District -- All four tires and wheels, valued at $300, were stolen from a 1986 Honda owned by a Pennsylvania resident while it was parked at the Deereco Road park & ride Sunday.

* BURGLARY: White Marsh District -- Someone entered a house in the 8100 block of Pinecrest Ave. Sunday and stole a Jose Oribe professional-style guitar valued at nearly $4,000. There were no signs of forced entry and police believe a key was used to gain entry.

* ROBBERY: Parkville District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 8300 block of Nunley Drive of $80 early Sunday morning while the victim was returning home after attending a lodge meeting in Essex.

* BURGLARY: Parkville District -- Cash, a compact disc player and jewelry, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a house in the 3000 block of Taylor Ave. over the weekend by someone who entered by breaking a basement window after removing a metal grate.

* BURGLARY: Parkville District -- Someone entered the Wishing Well nightclub in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive Sunday morning through the front door but fled without taking any property when the burglar alarm went off.

* BURGLARY: Towson District -- Someone stole a cam-corder valued at $1,200 Sunday from the room of a New Jersey man staying at the Quality Inn in the 1000 block of York Road. Entry was gained by a door, which showed signs of forced entry.
