POLICE

* Westminster: White paint was poured over two automobiles parked in the area of North Center Street on Wednesday. The owner estimated the damage at $200.

A resident of Baldwin Park Drive told police someone scratched the side of his car while it was parked near his house on Wednesday. He estimated the damage at $100.

FIRE

* Frizzellburg: Engines from the Pleasant Valley company were dispatched for a fire alarm sounding in a building on Old Taneytown Road at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday. They were out for four minutes.

* Carrollton: Reese was dispatched for an alarm sounding in a building on Carrollton Road at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday. Units were out for 25 minutes.
