PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 16 issues totaling more than $133.7 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Alaska Industrial Development Authority, Series 1983 Series R, consolidated bonds, maturing April 1, 1998 and April 1, 2009. All outstanding Series R bonds called at 102 on June 3, 1993.

* Alaska State Housing Finance Corp., Series 1982, home mortgage bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Santa Cruz County Housing Authority, Calif., Series 1983, multiple family housing revenue bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1995. $7.4 million called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Santa Margarita Water District, Calif., Series 1983, improvement district No. 1-4 bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through Dec. 1, 2010. $26.52 million called on June 1, 1993 at par plus a premium of one half of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date not to exceed 2 percent.

* Marianna, Fla., Series 1983, capital improvement bonds, maturing June 1, 2003. $2.5 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Avondale Housing Inc., Ind., Series 1980, mortgage revenue bonds (Avondale Phase 1 Apartments Project), maturing June 1, 2022. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Belton, Mo., Series 1984, waterworks system revenue refunding bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1993, June 1 and Dec. 1, 1994, through June 1, 2002. $3.07 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Kansas City Public Building Authority, Mo., Series 1984, public building authority bonds (Auditorium Plaza Garage Project), maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2003. $4.425 million called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Missouri State Housing Development Commission, Series 1982, mortgage revenue bonds (Federally Insured Mortgages), maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2002, June 1, 2013, and June 1, 2024. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on June 1, 1993.

* Phelps County, Mo., Series 1979, hospital revenue bonds, maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 1999, and March 1, 2009. $11.7 million called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Lewis and Clark County High School District No. 1 (Helena), Mont., Series 1984, general obligation bonds, maturing May 30, 1994, through May 30, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on May 30, 1993.

* Missoula County, Mont., Series 1983, hospital revenue refunding bonds (Missoula Community Hospital Project), maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1999, and June 1, 2013.

$11.265 million called at 103 on June 1, 1993.

* Rosebud County, Mont., Series 1973, pollution control revenue bonds (Puget Sound Power and Light Co. Project), maturing June 1, 2003. $20 million called at par on June 7, 1993.

* Rosebud County, Mont., Series 1977, pollution control revenue bonds (Puget Sound Power and Light Co. Project), maturing June 1, 2007. $7 million called at par on June 7, 1993.

* Sparks County, Nev., Series 1983, health care facilities revenue bonds (Washoe Convalescent Center Project), maturing June 1, 2003. $2.405 million called at 103 on June 1, 1993.

* Washoe County Airport Authority, Nev., Series 1983, airport system refunding revenue bonds, maturing July 1, 1994, through July 1, 1996, July 1, 1999, and July 1, 2011. $37.43 million called at 103 on June 1, 1993.
