Jennifer Finkelstein, 18, of Annapolis.

School: Annapolis Senior High School.

Accomplishments/Interests: Jennifer has been a member of the National Honor Society since her sophomore year and is president of the Student Government Association, a member of the Drama Club, a student liaison for the PTSO, a peer tutor and a member of the school's Environmental Committee and newspaper staff.

She is a student lobbyist for the Chesapeake Regional Association of Student Councils and the Maryland Association of Student Councils.As a member of the Octagon Club, an Optimist International youth organization, Jennifer participates in a variety of community activities.

She has volunteered for Crownsville State Hospital, the Salvation Army, the Special Olympics and Lighthouse Shelter in Annapolis.

In addition to recently being voted by her classmates as the student "Most Likely To Succeed" and by the Annapolis Elks as "Most Valuable Student," Jennifer has been presented with the Optimist International Youth Appreciation Award, the Wellesly College Book Award, the West Point Society Leadership Award and the Anne Arundel County Scholarship for Scholars Marjorie Holt Award.

In the fall Jennifer will attend the University of Virginia.
