POLICE LOG

* Ellicott City: 4200 block of Red Bandana Way: Someone smashed the driver's side window on a 1984 Volkswagen Rabbit between 9 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday, and stole a $140 CD player, a $250 speaker box, a $150 speaker, a $250 amplifier, $180 worth of assorted CDs, $96 worth of assorted cassette tapes, and a $5 soft nylon cassette case.

3300 block of N. Chatham Road: An elderly man lost his wallet sometime between Sunday and Monday. His daughter called the Bank of Baltimore to cancel his credit card and learned that as of May 3, it had been used for purchases totaling more than $2,000.

3200 block of Sonia Trail: A $100 1993 Roadmaster, men's 24-inch bicycle was stolen from the rear of a house between 9 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday.

* Elkridge: 6300 block of Euclid Ave.: Someone stole a $200 24-inch women's 10-speed bicycle between 12:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. Tuesday.
