PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 15 issues totaling more than $228.1 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Anchorage, Alaska, Series 1983, refunding electric revenue bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, 1995, 2003, and 2013. $78.59 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Desha County Residential Housing Facilities Board, Ark., Series 1979, single family mortgage revenue bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1999, and June 1, 2011. $5.31 million called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Borrego Water District, Calif., Series 1983, improvement district No. 1 bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2003. $4.475 million called on June 1, 1993 at par plus a premium of one quarter of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date not to exceed 2 percent.

* Mountain View Shoreline Regional Park Community, Calif., Series 1983, tax allocation bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2008. All outstanding bonds called at 102 1/2 on June 1, 1993.

* Petaluma Hospital Building Corp., Calif., Series 1978, subordinated hospital revenue bonds (Petaluma Hospital District Project), maturing March 1, 1994, 1995, and 2008. All outstanding bonds called at 100 1/2 on June 1, 1993.

* San Diego, Calif., Series 1983, industrial development revenue bonds (San Diego Gas and Electric Co.), maturing June 1, 2018. $85.71 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Upper Eagle Valley Sanitation District, Colo., Series 1979, general obligation sewer bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Upper Eagle Valley Sanitation District, Colo., Series 1987, general obligation refunding bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Jefferson County Hospital Authority, Ind., Series 1983, hospital facility revenue bonds (King's Daughters Hospital Project), maturing June 1, 1994, 2001, 2010, and 2013. $7.76 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Freeborn County, Minn., Series 1982, nursing home revenue bonds (The Ev. Lutheran Good Samaritan Society Project), maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1995, and Dec. 1, 2003. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Minneapolis Special School District, Minn., Series 1974, school building bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1993 and Dec. 1, 1994. $1.175 million called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Vicksburg Housing Development Corp., Miss., Series 1980, housing revenue bonds (New Main Apartments Project), maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1998, Dec. 1, 2015, and Dec. 1, 2022. $42.26 million called at 103 on June 1, 1993.

* Onondaga County, N.Y., Series 1978, general obligation bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 2003. All of the above outstanding bonds called on June 1, 1993 at par plus a premium of one quarter of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date.

* White Plains, N.Y., Series 1985, general obligation bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2001. $2.835 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Scotland County, N.C., Series 1983, general obligation bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called on June 1, 1993 at par plus a premium of one half of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date not to exceed 2 percent.
