PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 12 issues totaling more than $325 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Anthon-Oto Community School District, Iowa, Series 1981, school bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2001. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Louisiana State, Series 1980, general obligation bonds, maturing June 1, 1996, through June 1, 2005. $62.32 million called at 101 1/2 on June 1, 1993.

* Fraser Economic Development Corp., Mich., Series 1980, economic development revenue bonds (Cross Co. Project), maturing June 1, 2005. $1 million called at 101 1/2 on June 1, 1993.

* Port Huron Economic Development Corp., Mich., Series 1980, economic development revenue bonds (Cross Co. Project), maturing June 1, 2005. $10 million called at 101 1/2 on June 1, 1993.

* St. Paul Port Authority, Minn., Series 1981, industrial development revenue bonds (Weyerhaeuser Co. Project), maturing Sept. 1, 2006. $4 million called at 102 1/2 on June 1, 1993.

* Waconia, Minn., Series 1979, general obligation bonds, maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on June 1, 1993.

Lees Summit, Mo., Series 1983, general obligation bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, though June 1, 2003. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

Polson, Mont., Series 1976, water revenue bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Omaha Public Power District, Neb., Series 1977, electric system revenue bonds, maturing Feb. 1, 1994, through Feb. 1, 1999, and Feb. 1, 2007. $182.35 million called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Salem County Industrial Pollution Control Financing Authority, N.J., Series 1983, pollution control revenue bonds (Public Service Electric and Gas Co. Project), maturing June 1, 2013. $64 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Minot, N.D., Series 1985, general obligation improvement bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at par on June 1, 1993.

* Fremont, Ohio, Series 1969, waterworks revenue bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2002. $1.34 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.
