Washington holds off St. Mary's, 15-13

ST. MARY'S CITY -- Washington College (10-2) scored three straight goals late in the game to defeat St. Mary's, 15-13, yesterday in the final regular-season game for both teams.

The game was tied at 11 with 3:20 left before midfielders Chris Cote, Greg Lawler and Greg Mourcade each scored in the next 1:26.

Mourcade finished with three goals and an assist and Cote added three goals for Washington, which is ranked seventh in Division III.

Scott Hahn led St. Mary's (6-5) with six goals and two assists. Chad Christian (Franklin) added five goals and two assists.
