Calvert Hall's Matz no-hits Curley

Brian Matz pitched a no-hitter yesterday, striking out 11 and walking two, leading No. 2 Calvert Hall (11-2, 6-1) to a 6-0 victory over host Archbishop Curley in a Maryland Scholastic Association A Conference game.

Matz, a senior left-hander who will be attending Clemson in the fall, also went 2-for-3 with an RBI and two stolen bases. Liam Healy went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
