BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered the Amoco service station in the 2900 block of W. North Ave. through a bay door Monday night or Tuesday morning and stole property of unknown value.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at $300 was stolen from a house in the 3500 block of Clifton Ave. between Sunday and Tuesday by someone who entered through a side door.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2000 block of Forest Park Ave. Tuesday afternoon through a rear side window and stole property of unknown value.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 300 block of N. Monastery Ave. was in the 200 block of N. Hilton St. Tuesday afternoon when a gunman robbed him of cash and property, all valued at more than $400.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- VCRs valued at nearly $800 were stolen from a house in the 500 block of Eastlynn Ave. Monday night or Tuesday morning by someone who entered through a rear basement door.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man with a sawed-off shotgun and his female companion robbed a resident of the 4200 block of Garland Ave. of cash and jewelry, all valued at more than $2,600, in the 3400 block of Caton Ave. Monday night.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 300 block of First Ave. in Lansdowne was getting out of his car in the 4800 block of Melbourne Ave. early Tuesday morning when a gunman robbed him of his wallet containing a small sum of money.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- Two men, one from the 2500 block of Christian St. and the other from the 1100 block of Edmondson Ave., were in the 500 block of Catherine St. Tuesday night when a gunman robbed them. One man lost cash and property worth more than $1,800; the other lost property valued at nearly $60.

BURGLARY/ARRESTS: Southern District -- Police arrested two men who entered a CSX Railroad box car while it was in the 3400 block of Spellman Road in Cherry Hill Monday afternoon and stole 73 cases of beer.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered A & W Fishing Supply in the first block of W. Patapsco Ave. in Brooklyn Monday night or Tuesday morning and stole $100.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 1800 block of Reuter Road was in the 800 block of S. Sharp St. Tuesday afternoon when a gunman robbed him of $40.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- A video game and a boom-box radio, all valued at nearly $300, were stolen from a house in the first block of S. Carey St. Tuesday morning by someone who entered by breaking a panel from a rear door.

THEFT: Southern District -- Several pool sticks were stolen from a car parked in the 800 block of Battery Ave. Monday by someone who broke a window.

STABBING: Southern District -- A 16-year-old resident of the 1600 block of Wilkens Ave. was listed in serious but stable condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being stabbed in the left chest during a robbery attempt in the 400 block of S. Carey St. Tuesday afternoon. No arrest has been made.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered a vacant house in the 1400 block of Hollins St. Monday night or Tuesday morning and stole three rugs, a mirror and cabinets.

THEFT/ARREST: Western District -- A woman who filled out enlistment papers at a Army recruiting center in the 2300 block of Liberty Heights Ave. April 23 was charged with stealing a credit card, keys and a 1988 Chevrolet, all used by the recruiting personnel. Police said the woman was filling out papers when she got up to use a restroom. They said she left the center and drove off in the government-owned car. On Tuesday, a woman, identified as Donnette Williams, 25, of the 6100 block of Sunny Lane in Woodlawn, surrendered , saying that she gave the property to a man named "John," police said. None of the property has been recovered. The woman was being held at the Women's Detention Center pending a bail hearing.

BURGLARY: Western District -- More than $150 worth of lumber was stolen from the Mace Lumber Co. in the 1100 block of N. Fremont Ave. Sunday.

SHOOTING: Western District -- Police were seeking two men who shot a resident of the 2300 block of E. Hoffman St. in the left leg Monday night during an incident in the 1000 block of Bennett Place. The victim was listed in good condition at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1600 block of Division St. was in the 700 block of Gold St. Monday night when a gunman robbed him cash and property worth nearly $400. An AM-FM portable radio, a black jacket and $55 were taken.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 1300 block of N. Fremont Ave. Monday night through a rear door and stole a 13-inch TV valued at $200. Police were seeking a couple in connection with the burglary.
