PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $78.14 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Long Beach Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1980, parking lease revenue bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2006. All outstanding bonds called on May 1, 1993 at par plus a premium of one quarter of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date.

* Hawaii State, Series 1980, general obligation bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2000. $29.155 million called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Davenport, Iowa, Series 1985, general obligation refunding bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1998. $6.36 million called at par on June 1, 1993.

Davenport, Iowa, Series 1985, general obligation corporate bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2000. $3.135 million called at par on June 1, 1993.

Massachusetts State Health and Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1979, revenue bonds (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1996, and July 1, 2011. $32.775 million called at 102 on May 7, 1993.

* Lincoln, Neb., Series 1983, parking revenue bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1998, and June 1, 2003. $1.715 million called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

Essex County Improvement Authority, N.J., Series 1986, airport revenue bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2006. $5 million called at 103 on May 27, 1993.
