POLICE

* Kings Contrivance: 7500 block of Water Lily Way: Someone entered a 1979 Fiat between 11 p.m. Friday and 8:30 a.m. Saturday, and stole a $490 Kenwood radio and a $114 equalizer.

9200 block of Berger Road: Police responding to a sounding alarm about 11 p.m. Saturday discovered that glass in a door was smashed at Merchant Tire. Nothing was taken.

7300 block of Eden Brook Drive: A 1990 Honda that was stolen on April 20 in Baltimore City was recovered about 6 p.m. Sunday.

* Long Reach: 6200 block of Greenblade Garth: Someone entered a 1991 Mazda 323 between 10:30 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday, and stole a $700 Alpine AM-FM stereo, a $120 Sony discman player and a $30 wire connector for a discman.

6500 block of Wingflash Lane: Someone stole a $20 red and white scooter from a yard about 7 p.m. Friday.

* Oakland Mills: 5700 block of Stevens Forest Road: A VCR was stolen between Friday and Saturday.

9300 block of Indian Camp Road: A door to a locked stairwell was tampered with between April 11 and April 15. Nothing was taken.
