ASSAULT: Eastern District -- A 16-year-old resident of the 2100 block of Orleans St. was in the 2200 block of E. Fayette St. Sunday when he was attacked by a man who struck him on the head with a handgun.

ASSAULT: Eastern District -- A 9-year-old resident of the 2100 block of N. Calvert St. was playing with several other children at a playground in the 2200 block of Hunter St. Saturday when a 12-year-old boy she knows pointed a handgun at her. Police arrested the boy and recovered a handgun. The boy was released to his parents.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a 16-year-old resident of the 1300 block of E. Cold Spring Lane of a jacket and nearly $150 in the 2600 block of Ashland Ave. Monday.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 1200 block of E. Lafayette Ave. of $80 while she walked near her home Monday afternoon.

ROBBERY: Eastern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 5000 block of Harford Road of nearly $500 in the 1900 block of Harford Road over the weekend.

ASSAULT: Eastern District -- Police were seeking a man known as "Heavy" in connection with the beating Sunday night of a resident of the 1100 block of E. Belvedere Ave. in the 300 block of E. 20th St. The victim was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and released.

ASSAULT: Eastern District -- A 33-year-old resident of the 1700 block of E. Preston St. was in the 900 block of N. Bond St. Sunday when he was attacked by two men, who beat him with a piece of wood and a chain. The victim was treated at Johns Hopkins Hospital and released.

BURGLARY: Eastern District -- Someone entered a city-owned house in the 1500 block of Barclay St. between April 20 and Monday and stole five cabinets and a water heater, all valued at nearly $600.

BURGLARY: Eastern District -- Clothing and tools were stolen from a house in the 2100 block of Harford Road between April 24 and Monday.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A man who implied he had a handgun robbed the Central Restaurant in the 900 block of E. Patapsco Ave. of more than $100 about 1 a.m. Monday.

BURGLARY/ARREST: Southern District -- Police responding to a burglary in the 4100 block of Hague Ave. Sunday night arrested a man who entered through the front door. No property was taken, and the man, who is known by the occupant, was being held at the station pending charges.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1800 block of Frederick Ave. through the front door between Sunday night and Monday morning and stole an air conditioner.

SCHOOL BURGLARY: Southern District -- A VCR valued at $200 was stolen from the James McHenry Elementary School in the first block of S. Schroeder St. over the weekend.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- A microwave oven, coffee machine and a pair of swim fins, all valued at more than $200, were stolen from a city Bureau of Recreation and Parks building in the 2600 block of Giles Road in Cherry Hill over the weekend.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 1900 block of Christian St. was in the 1700 block of Ramsay St. Monday afternoon when he was knocked to the pavement by a man who stole his wallet containing $20. Later, police arrested a suspect and were holding him at the station pending charges.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- Two radios, computer equipment and a stereo tuner were stolen from the offices of McShane Inc. in the 700 block of W. Ostend St. Sunday night or Monday morning by someone who entered by breaking a window. Police found blood on the floor, indicating the intruder -- cut himself while breaking in.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Southwestern District -- Police arrested a resident of the first block of S. Calverton Road and charged him with assaulting a woman Sunday by hitting her with a chair in their home.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 800 block of W. Lexington St. was in the 2200 block of Becks Lane Monday when she was assaulted by a man who robbed her of a watch worth $20.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone broke into Kim's Cutrate in the 2800 block of W. North Ave. over the weekend and stole property valued at $1,000.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at nearly $1,000 was stolen from Jacob's Roofing in the 4500 block of Frederick Ave. between Sunday night and Monday morning by someone who entered through a garage door.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A refrigerator, hand saw and screw gun were stolen Sunday from a house in the 3800 block of Cranston Ave. by someone who entered through a kitchen window.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- A window air conditioner was stolen from a house in the 2900 block of Westwood Ave. between Sunday night and Monday morning by someone who entered through a bedroom window.
