* Elkridge: 7000 block of Montgomery Road: Someone pushed a stone and a wooden bench from behind Elkridge Elementary School down a hill, breaking the top of the bench between 3:30 p.m. April 8 and 9 a.m. Monday.

First block of Deep Run Parkway: Someone stole a tag from a 1988 Chevrolet Blazer between 6 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.

* Ellicott City: 3700 block of Bonny Bridge Place: Someone smashed a driver's side window on a 1994 Volkswagen Jetta between 7 p.m. April 14 and 6:30 a.m. April 15. Entry wasn't gained.

3600 block of Mount Ida Drive: Someone used a rock to smash a passenger side window on a 1982 Datsun 310 between 10 p.m. %% Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. The front grill on the car was stolen and a small light on the driver's side was damaged.

8800 block of Old Frederick Road: Someone stole a $300 VCR and a $250 sound film projector from the Patapsco Middle School between 7 a.m. Nov. 1 and Dec. 31. The theft wasn't detected earlier because school officials thought the items were signed out for long term use.

3100 block of Normandy Woods Drive: Someone stole four wheel caps valued at $600 from a 1970 Chevrolet Camaro between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday.

12800 block of Frederick Road: Someone took two no-trespassing signs valued at $39 from a field behind West Friendship Shopping Center between noon April 15 and 8 a.m. April 16.

9000 block of Chevrolet Drive: A $50 black Motorola pager was reported missing between noon and 3 p.m. April 16.

3500 block of Lakeway Drive: Someone smashed the driver's side rear windows on a 1993 Chevrolet Corsica between 7 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. Monday.
