Eight charged in theft from 2 cars PASADENA

Four adults and four juveniles were charged with theft early Sunday after police stopped two cars seen leaving the parking lot of All Tune and Lube in the 8000 block of Ritchie Highway.

According to the police report, officers spotted two cars, one with its lights out, leaving the lot at 3:28 a.m. Officers stopped the cars and spotted items that had been stolen from two cars parked in the All-Tune lot.

The adults were identified as Heather Clopien, 19, of the 1300 block of Wilson Point Blvd.; Michael Walsch, 19, of the 1000 block of Chesaco Ave.; Anthony Wolff, 19, of the 800 block of Rosedale Ave.; and Jerald Kozlowski, 21, of the 7400 block of Kenlea Ave., all of Baltimore.

The eight were taken to Eastern District to be charged.
