PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 10 issues totaling more than $87 million.

The issues being called are:

* California Health Facilities Authority, Series 1983 A, hospital revenue bonds (Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital), maturing May 1, 2000, and May 1, 2013. $57.415 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Davenport, Iowa, Series 1983, single-family mortgage revenue bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2004. All outstanding bonds called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Davenport, Iowa, Series 1983, single-family mortgage revenue bonds (capital appreciation), maturing Nov. 1, 2014. $6.8 million called at 100 percent of capital appreciated value on May 1, 1993.

* Knoxville, Tenn., Series 1987, general obligation bonds, maturing May 1, 1995, through May 1, 2003. All mentioned bonds called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Knoxville, Tenn., Series 1981 A, public improvement bonds, maturing May 1, 1995, through May 1, 2003. All mentioned bonds called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Memphis-Shelby County Industrial Development Authority, Tenn., Series 1980, industrial development revenue bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 2000, and Oct. 1, 2010. $7.55 million called at 102 on May 17, 1993.

* Green Ridge Municipal Utility District, Texas, Series 1983, water supply contract revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1997, through April 1, 2004. $5.98 million called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Green Ridge Municipal Utility District, Texas, Series 1983, waste disposal contract revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1997, through April 1, 2004. $4.335 million called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Alexandria Redevelopment & Housing Authority, Va., Series 1984, rehabilitation loan revenue bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1994. $3.45 million called at par on April 22, 1993.

* Fox Point, Wis., Series 1983, waterworks mortgage revenue bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 2003. $1.25 million called at par on June 1, 1993.
