Robber pulls woman from car

April 16, 1993

A 65-year-old woman was robbed of her car yesterday afternoon as she parked it in front of her Northeast Baltimore home.

Police said Mary Holloway, a resident of the 3300 block of Grenton Ave., was parking her silver 1985 Ford LTD shortly after 4 p.m. when a man wearing a baseball cap and dark clothing opened the driver's side door and pulled her out onto the pavement.

Police said the man got into the car and drove off while the victim lay on the ground.

The woman, who was not injured, ran into her house and called the police.

The car, with license YYT-254, had not been found early this morning.
