PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $10.9 million.

0 The issues being called are: * California Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1975, revenue bonds (University of Southern California Project), maturing Oct. 15, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on May 12, 1993.

* Illinois Housing Development Authority, Series 1984 A, residential mortgage revenue bonds, maturing Feb. 1, 1994, through Feb. 1, 2001. All outstanding bonds called at par on May 1, 1993.

* New York State Dormitory Authority, Series 1981 C, Upstate Community Colleges bonds, maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1997, July 1, 2002, and July 1, 2011. $5.48 million called at 102 1/2 on May 20, 1993.

* New York State Dormitory Authority, Series 1979 B, Upstate Community Colleges bonds, maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1995, July 1, 2002, and July 1, 2009. All outstanding bonds called at 101 1/2 on May 20, 1993.

* Fargo, N.D., Series 1980, general obligation bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2000. $5.425 million called at par on

May 1, 1993.

* Richfield, Utah, Series 1983, general obligation bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

Wisconsin State Health Facilities Authority, Series 1982, revenue bonds (Columbia Hospital Project), maturing May 15, 1994, through May 15, 1996. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on May 15, 1993.
