BALTIMORE CITY

* THEFT: Central District -- Property valued at nearly $300 was stolen from a car owned by a Prince George's County resident while the vehicle was parked in the 600 block of E. Pratt St. Sunday by someone who broke a window to gain entry.

* THEFT: Central District -- Someone entered a Dodge Colt owned by a resident of the 600 block of Gorsuch Ave. while the vehicle was parked in the 100 block of E. Redwood St. Sunday and stole a mountain bike valued at $300.

* BURGLARY: Central District -- Coins valued at $40 were stolen from a house in the 800 block of Park Ave. over the weekend after someone unscrewed hinges from a door.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 400 block of W. 29th St. Monday through the front door and stole a TV and VCR, all valued at $600.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A hand-held camcorder and jewelry, all valued at nearly $1,000, were stolen from a house in the 2900 block of Miles Ave. Monday.

* ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 1200 block of Sargeant St. was in the 300 block of S. Fremont Ave. Sunday night when a gunman placed the weapon to her side and robbed her of her purse.

* BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2400 block of Harriet Ave. Monday night and stole a TV, VCR, video game and a shotgun, all valued at nearly $2,000.

* THEFT: Western District -- A cassette player was stolen from a car parked in the 1000 block of Ashburton St. Monday.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 2200 block of W. Baltimore St. was in the 2200 block of Edmondson Ave. over the weekend when he was attacked by three men who robbed him of nearly $200.

* BURGLARY: Western District -- Property of unknown value was stolen from a city-owned house in the 1300 block of Edmondson Ave. over the weekend. * BURGLARY:BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered Hank's barber shop in the 1800 block of Baker St. Sunday night or Monday morning and stole property valued at nearly $800.

* BURGLARY: Western District -- A VCR, two 19-inch TVs, stereo equipment and a computer game, all valued at more than $1,200, were stolen from a house in the 2300 block of W. Lexington St. Monday. * GUN STOLEN:GUN STOLEN: Western District -- A Randallstown man left a gym bag containing a handgun on the ground in the 2300 block of Baker St. while he played basketball Monday afternoon. When he finished playing, he discovered the bag and gun had been stolen. The man had a permit for the weapon.

* THEFT: Western District -- Police were seeking a woman who entered a man's house in the 2000 block of N. Fulton Ave. Sunday and stole more than $400.

* THEFT: Southwestern District -- Someone entered the rear yard of a house in the 2800 block of Georgetown Road Monday and stole a bike valued at nearly $80.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 100 block of Walnut Ave., of $5 in the 4600 block of Edmondson Ave. Sunday night.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who entered the home of a relative in the 4100 block of Mountwood Road Monday and stole property valued at more than $200.

* STOLEN CAR: Southwestern District -- A 1991 Dodge with Maryland vanity tags DEMAR-2 was stolen from the first block of N. Morley St. Monday.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 300 block of S. Augusta Ave. Monday through a basement window and stole property valued at $75.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at nearly $1,300 was stolen from a house in the 500 block of Old Orchard Road Monday.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who entered a house in the 3200 block of Baker St. Monday and stole property valued at more than $2,000.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at nearly $400 was stolen from an apartment in the 5300 block of Carriage Court Monday after someone broke in.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered an apartment in the 400 block of Colleen Road through a bedroom window Monday and stole an undisclosed sum.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* ROBBERY: White Marsh District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed the S & D Tire Service in the 7800 block of Pulaski Highway early today of $33. When one of the men asked an employee to fix a flat tire, the employee turned to enter the office and was pushed from behind. The suspect produced a gun and took money from the cash register. The gunman then entered a white car occupied by a second man and sped off.

HARFORD COUNTY

* STOLEN CAR: Joppatown -- A red 1992 limited edition Ford Mustang convertible valued at $30,000 with Maryland vanity tags GRANIE'S was stolen early Tuesday from the parking lot of Joppatown Mall. About 3 a.m. Tuesday, a county deputy sheriff spotted the car -- owned by an Edgewood woman -- speeding off the mall lot with its lights off. The deputy gave chase but lost the vehicle, which headed toward Edgewood. Later, the car was seen by two state troopers who pursued it east on U.S. 40 toward Baltimore, but they were unable to stop it.
