* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 2200 block of Madison St. was walking in the 2200 block of Francis St. Saturday night when she was attacked by a man who robbed her of $125.

* BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 2000 block of N. Smallwood St. over the weekend through a rear bedroom window and stole a VCR valued at nearly $200.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men attacked a resident of the 2000 block of Penrose Ave. in the 100 block of N. Pulaski St. Sunday morning and robbed him of $43.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1987 Ford Escort with Maryland tags AJH676 and owned by a resident of the 3400 block of Glen Ave. was stolen from the 2500 block of Rellim Road over the weekend.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- Someone stole a 1990 Honda with Virginia tags TRM665 from the 4100 block of Crawford Ave. Sunday.

* ASSAULT: Southern District -- A resident of the 300 block of Gatewater Court in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County, was driving in the 800 block of W. Patapsco Ave. Sunday night when someone threw a rock at his car, shattering the windshield. The motorist was taken to Harbor Hospital Center for treatment of cuts and released. It was not immediately known if the motorist was an intended target or if his car was struck randomly.

* CARJACKING: Southern District -- Two men, one with a handgun, forced a motorist out of his 1989 Ford Escort in the 900 block of Cherry Hill Road Saturday and stole the vehicle.

* ASSAULT: Southern District --Two residents of the 2000 block of W. Pratt St. were treated at the University of Maryland Medical Center Saturday for minor gunshot and stab wounds sustained during an argument over rent with another man inside the house. After the couple was shot, the man returned later to their apartment and stabbed each of them. The man is being sought.

* BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered the Speed Wash Laundromat in the 4600 block of Garrison Boulevard Saturday and stole $260.

* THEFT: Northwestern District -- Stereo equipment valued at $500 was stolen from a car parked in the 2500 block of Allendale St. over the weekend.

* BURGLARY: Northwestern District -- Someone entered an outdoor storage shed in the 3300 block of Carlisle Ave. over the weekend and stole lawn-care equipment and tools, all valued at nearly $300.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 1700 block of N. Rosedale St. was in the 2700 block of W. North Ave. Sunday when a man struck him several times with a length of wood and robbed him of $40.

* RAPE: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a gunman who raped a woman in the 4000 block of Lawnpark Road Saturday night. After the woman escaped, she was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center for treatment and released.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered BJ's beauty shop in the first block of S. Monastery Ave. over the weekend through a rear window and ransacked the shop, seeking money or property.
