Bond Redemptions

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 10 issues totaling more than $30.8 million.

The issues being called are:

* Long Beach, Calif., Series 1983 B, multiple family housing revenue bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1995. $7 million called at 101 on May 1, 1993.

* Rocklin Stanford Ranch Community Facility District No. 2, Calif., Series 1987, special tax bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2012. $10.415 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Sanger Unified School District, Calif., Series 1990, certificates of participation bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Maryville, Ill., Series 1978, waterworks and sewer revenue bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2007. All outstanding bonds called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Lawrence, Kan., Series 1990 A, industrial development revenue bonds (Lawrence Paper Co.), maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2005. $1.455 million called at 101 on May 1, 1993.

* Lawrence, Kan., Series 1990 B, industrial development revenue bonds (Lawrence Paper Co.), maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2005. $1.41 million called at 101 on May 1, 1993.

* Clinton County, Mich., Series 1985, general obligation sewage disposal bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2006. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on May 1, 1993.

* Roseville Building Authority, Mich., Series 1978 bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2008. $2.3 million called at 103 on May 1, 1993.

* Van Dyke Public Schools, Mich., Series 1971, building and site bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2000. $6.35 million called at 101 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Millcreek Township Water Authority, Pa., Series 1988, guaranteed water revenue bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2003. $1.86 million called at par on May 1, 1993.
