* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1989 Chevrolet pickup truck with Maryland tags 093573 was stolen from the 1400 block of W. Cold Spring Lane.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- Someone stole a 1989 Oldsmobile with Maryland tags NJR258 from the 2600 block of Loyola Northway over the weekend.

* STOLEN CAB: Northern District -- A Yellow cab with Maryland for-hire tags 08746B was stolen Monday from the firm's lot in the 2100 block of Huntingdon Ave.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Several pieces of jewelry were stolen from a house in the first block of Warrenton Road Tuesday by someone who entered through the kitchen door.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered the New Horizon Deliverence Church in the 2600 block of Shirley Ave. Tuesday through a second-story window and stole a public address system and cash, all valued at $1,000.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone entered the back yard of a house in the 5000 block of Wright Ave. Wednesday morning and stole two bikes valued at more than $200.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- More than $100 was stolen from a storage room at the Sudsville laundromat in the 6000 block of Moravia Park Drive on Wednesday.

* ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- Two gunmen, known as "Jeremy" and "George," forced their way into a house in the 2200 block of Roslyn Ave. Tuesday and demanded a male occupant pay them $20 he owed them. When the man refused to pay, the gunmen fired several bullets into a bedroom closet where the man's wife and daughter were hiding. Neither was injured. The gunmen escaped.

* ASSAULT/ARREST: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 5000 block of Arsan Ave. was in the 2800 block of Frederick Ave. Tuesday when he was struck by a car driven by a man he knows. The victim was not seriously injured. The motorist was arrested.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered Speedy mufflers in the 2100 block of N. Howard St. Wednesday night by breaking a bay window and ransacked the interior looking for money or property of value. It was not immediately known if any property was taken.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man robbed several employees of Chase & Chase, a law firm in the Belvedere Towers Apartments building in the 1100 block of W. Northern Parkway, of their cash and jewelry, all valued at more than $5,000, Wednesday morning.

* ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man who implied he had a gun robbed a resident of the 1200 block of Havenwood Road of $20 in the 5600 block of The Alameda Wednesday morning.

* BURGLARY: Northern District --Someone entered a house in the 5900 block of The Alameda through a basement door Wednesday and stole a VCR valued at $300.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone attempted to enter a house in the 2400 block of W. Rogers Ave. through the bathroom window Wednesday but fled when the burglar alarm went off.

* THEFT: Western District -- A west Baltimore man was standing in the 2800 block of Edmondson Ave. Wednesday when a man walked past and snatched $100 from his grasp.

* BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered the Chong Sun Chinese store 1500 block of W. Baltimore St. through a rear door Wednesday and stole a case of softdrinks. The soft drinks were recovered in the back yard of an adjacent building.

* THEFT: Southern District -- Someone entered a Chevrolet station wagon owned by The Lock Doctor while it was parked in the 300 block of E. Fort Ave. Wednesday and stole equipment valued at more than $1,200.

* THEFT: Southern District -- Tools valued at nearly $1,600 were pTC stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. Wednesday.

* STABBING: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 2700 block of Rayner Ave. was in the 5100 block of Park Heights Ave. Tuesday when another man stabbed him with a knife. Police said the suspect escaped and the victim was treated at Sinai Hospital, then released.

* STOLEN CAR: CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1991 Honda with Maryland tags was stolen from the 6100 block of Green Meadow Parkway Tuesday night.

* STOLEN CAR: Northwestern District -- A 1982 Chevrolet with Maryland tags RTV063 was stolen Wednesday from the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road.


* BURGLARY: White Marsh District -- Someone entered two storage lockers in an apartment building in the 6700 block of Haven Oak Road Wednesday and stole property valued at nearly $500.

* BURGLARY: Parkville District -- While a resident of the 8400 block of Kings Ridge Road was at work Wednesday someone entered her house through the front door and ransacked several rooms. Taken was $10.

* BURGLARY: Cockeysville District -- Someone entered the Sweet Air Cafe in the 3400 block of Sweet Air Road Wednesday morning and stole a case of Budweiser beer, valued at $14.

* THEFT: Cockeysville District -- An air compressor valued at $1,200 and owned by Gaines & Co. Inc. in the 10600 block of Beaver Dam Road was stolen Wednesday from a job site at Front and Seminary avenues.
