F. Scott Jay names sales vice president

Randy Wolf has been named vice president of sales for F. Scott Jay & Co. Inc., a Millersville distributor of Hurd Windows, millwork products, hardwoods, lumber and building contractor supplies.

Previously a sales manager with the company, Mr. Wolf has been with F. Scott Jay for 13 years.

McBrearty honored by contract association

Severna Park resident Frank T. McBrearty, chief of contracts and new business for Martin Marietta, Air Traffic Systems in Washington, D.C., has been recognized by the National Contract Management Association.

Mr. McBrearty was designated a Fellow, the most prestigious award offered by the organization.

Life Care Services honors Bunnemeyer

Betty Ann Bunnemeyer, marketing director for the Ginger Cove life-care retirement community in Annapolis, has been honored for outstanding performance by Life Care Services Corporation, the community's management company.

Under Ms. Bunnemeyer's direction, the community achieved a 98 percent occupancy rate.

Johnson gets position as art director

Merrifield Graphics & Publishing Service, a Hanover-based graphic design and publishing service, has hired Gillian Johnson as art director.

Ms. Johnson previously owned Gillian Johnson Studio in Annapolis, will oversee publication and corporate identity projects.

Shannon & Luchs announces top lister

The Annapolis office of Shannon & Luchs Realtors recently announced the top producers and top lister for February.

Top producers were Cathy Kamrath and Susan Hale, and Judy

Leichtman was honored as top lister.

In other Shannon & Luchs news, Janet Hannsz, a sales associate at the Annapolis office, recently received the 1992 Dozen National Sales Award for her accomplishments. The Dozen, a national association of independent real estate companies, honors sales associates for leadership, integrity and commitment to excellence.
