PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $173.1 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Pima County, Ariz., Series 1976 C, general obligation bonds, maturing May 1, 1999. $10.245 million called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Pima County, Ariz., Series 1979 A, general obligation bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1999, and Nov. 1, 2009. Partial call of $14.485 million at par on May 1, 1993.

* Pomona Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1981, commercial mortgage revenue bonds (Phillips Ranch Village Center), maturing May 1, 2002. $5.625 million called at 102 on

May 1, 1993.

* San Francisco Airports Commission, Calif., Series 1990 E, international airport revenue bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2005, May 1, 2010, and May 1, 2020. $89.625 million called at 101 on May 1, 1993.

Panola County, Miss., Series 1982, industrial development revenue bonds (Kroger Co. Project), maturing Nov. 1, 2012. $3.25 million called at 103 on May 1, 1993.

* Bismarck, N.D., Series 1983, hospital revenue bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 1998, and May 1, 2013. $39.13 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

Washington State Health Care Facilities Authority, Series 1988, variable rate demand revenue bonds (Empire Health Services, Spokane), maturing Sept. 1, 2013. $10.7 million called at par on April 28, 1993.
