PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $104.8 million.

1! The issues being called are: * California Health Facilities Authority, Series 1983, hospital revenue bonds (Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital), maturing May 1, 2000, and May 1, 2013. $57.415 million called at 102 on

May 1, 1993.

* Imperial Irrigation District, Calif., Series 1983, certificate of participation bonds (Electric System Project), maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 1998. $30 million called at 102 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Polk County Industrial Development Authority, Fla., Series 1984, industrial development revenue bonds (Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Project), maturing Oct. 1, 2009. $2.6 million called at 101 on April 1, 1993.

* Bartow County Development Authority, Ga., Series 1978, pollution control revenue bonds (Georgia Power Co. Plant Bowen Project), maturing April 1, 2008. $8.8 million called at 100 1/2 on

May 1, 1993.

* Bibb County Development Authority, Ga., Series 1978, pollution control revenue bonds (Georgia Power Plant Arkwright Project), maturing April 1, 2008. $4.6 million called at 100 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Boise City, Idaho, Series 1974, sewer revenue bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 2004. All outstanding bonds called at 102 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Hammond Industrial Development Board, La., Series 1983, economic development revenue bonds (Wal-Mart Stores Inc. Project), maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1996, and April 1, 2003, through April 1, 2006. $1.365 million called at 103 on April 1, 1993.
