CARJACKING: Northwestern District A 42-year-old resident of the 6100 block of Green Meadow Parkway was abducted Thursday night by a gunman who forced her to drive to a 24-hour teller machine, where she withdrew an undisclosed sum. The woman was leaving her home and walking to her car at 9:30 p.m. when a man forced her to drive to the Maryland National Bank in the 6700 block of Reisterstown Road. After removing money from an ATM and giving it to the man, the woman cried out when a man left a nearby building. The gunman got into the woman's car, a 1989 Honda with Maryland tags XWJ868, and drove away.

SHOOTING: Western District -- A resident of the 1100 block of Hollins St. was listed in critical condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the left arm and shoulder Wednesday night by two men in the 2000 block of W. Baltimore St. Police were seeking the men, one known as "C.J." and the other as "Rock," in the shooting.

ASSAULT/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a 12-year-old girl and charged her a a juvenile with assaulting another girl with a baseball bat Wednesday in the 2300 block of W. Lafayette Ave. The suspect was released into the custody of her parents. The victim sustained injuries to her legs and feet.

ASSAULT: Western District -- A woman who lives in the 3600 block of Hillsdale Ave. was in a cab and about to leave the 1800 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway Wednesday when a man she knows opened the passenger door and struck her in the head several times. The woman was taken to the Liberty Medical Center for treatment . The man was being sought. The assault was the result of an argument the pair had earlier.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 1700 block of Westwood Ave. of more than $150 in the 1800 block of N. Carey St. Thursday morning.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1500 block of Mountmor Court was in the 1600 block of Mosher St. Thursday when she was knocked to the pavement by a woman who robbed her of $35.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A teen-ager was riding his bike in the 1200 block of Winchester St. Thursday evening when a man in his 20s knocked him off the bike and stole it. The victim was not injured.

ASSAULT: Western District -- A man with a baseball bat attacked a resident of the 1600 block of Harlem Ave. in the 800 block of N. Gilmor St. Thursday and struck her several times. The man escaped. The woman sustained minor injuries and refused medical treatment.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 4400 block of Pall Mall Road was at home Wednesday afternoon when a man she knows entered her apartment, saying he wanted to speak to her. Once inside, the man robbed the woman of cash and property worth $900 and escaped.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 2600 block of N. Charles St. was standing in the first block of W. 27th St. Thursday morning when a man grabbed her hand and stole a wallet she was carrying that contained nearly $200.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man who implied he had a gun robbed the Subway sandwich shop in the 500 block of W. Cold Spring Lane Thursday of an undisclosed sum.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A resident of the 1300 block of Woodbourne Ave. was in the 5600 block of The Alameda Thursday afternoon when he was struck by a man who robbed him of property worth $35.

ROBBERY TRY: Northern District -- A man attempted to steal a woman's purse in the 2200 block of Maryland Ave. but failed when she clung to her property. Two passers-by chased the man for two blocks, but he escaped.

THEFT: Southern District -- Someone entered the back yard of a house in the first block of E. Barney St. Thursday and stole a gas grill valued at more than $300.

THEFT/ARREST: Southern District -- Police arrested a 16-year-old boy who attempted to leave the Rite Aid pharmacy in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. Thursday without paying for items valued at less than $5.

ROBBERY TRY: Southern District -- Two men assaulted a resident of the 1000 block of Dexter St. in the 1100 block of Nanticoke Ave. Thursday and demanded her money. When the woman told the men she had no money, they left.

THEFT: Southern District -- Someone entered a car parked in the 200 block of Emory St. Wednesday and stole a cellular phone.

THEFT: Southern District -- Property valued at more than $1,000 was stolen from a car parked in the 3000 block of Ascension St. Thursday by someone who broke a window.

THEFT: Southern District -- A gas grill valued at $100 was stolen from the back yard of a house in the 1500 block of S. Charles St. Thursday.

Baltimore County

ROBBERY: Garrison District -- An employee of an auto parts firm was about to make a night deposit at the Maryland National Bank at Reisterstown Road and Slade Avenue Thursday afternoon when a gunman pressed the weapon to her head and robbed her of cash and checks, all valued at more than $1,000.
