April 02, 1993

Two 14-year-old students at Chesapeake Bay Middle School in Pasadena were arrested yesterday and charged with being involved in a drug transaction.

Police were called to the school, in the 4800 block of Mountain Road, about 10:30 a.m. and learned from administrators that a female student had given another female student a pill which she said was speed.

Police said they learned that a male student had sold another male student what was alleged to have been a speed pill for $1.

Two students were arrested and charged as juveniles with drug possession and distribution. Authorities said their investigation is continuing and a third student is expected to be charged.
