PRINCETON. N.J. — PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $287 million.

The issues being called are:* Pima County Flood Control District, Ariz., Series 1979, general obligation bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 1999, and Nov. 1, 2009. $12.08 million called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Georgia Municipal Electric Authority, Series 1978, general power revenue bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 2002, through Jan. 1, 2012. $79.13 million called at 102 on April 29, 1993.

* Georgia Municipal Electric Authority, Series 1979, power revenue bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 1995, through Jan. 1, 2015. $88.47 million called at 102 on April 29, 1993.

* Georgia Municipal Electric Authority, Series 1983, power revenue bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 1995, through Jan. 1, 1997. $10.39 million called at 103 on April 29, 1993.

* Northwest Water Commission, Ill., Series 1983, water revenue bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2013. $32.94 million called at 102 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* South Dakota Housing Development Authority, Series 1979, homeownership mortgage bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 1999, and May 1, 2010. $61.146 million called at 102 on

May 1, 1993.

* Bartlett, Tenn., Series 1983, water and sewer refunding and improvement bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2003. $2.75 million bonds called at 102 on May 1, 1993.
