CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. -- The Charles Town Races canceled yesterday's 11-race card after jockeys expressed concern about the safety of the sloppy three-quarter-mile racing strip.
Charles Town's Gulfstream Park and Santa Anita Park simulcasts were not affected by the cancellation.
