PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $106.6 million.

1! The issues being called are: * McCrory, Ark., Series 1980, industrial revenue bonds (Centoco Project), maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at 101 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Oceanside, Calif., Series 1988, certificates of participation bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2003, and May 1, 2018. $3.02 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Baltimore County, Md., Series 1983, general obligation consolidated public improvement bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2003. $38 million called at 102 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Baltimore County, Md., Series 1983, general obligation metropolitan district bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May PTC 1, 2003. $5 million called at 102 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Baltimore County, Md., Series 1982, single-family mortgage revenue bonds, current interest bonds maturing Oct. 15, 1993, April 15 and Oct. 15, 1994, and April 15, 2000, and the compound interest bonds maturing Oct. 15, 2012. All outstanding bonds called on April 15, 1993, current interest bonds called at par, compound interest bonds called at 100 percent of accreted value.

* Pennsylvania State Department of General Services, Series 1986, certificate of participation bonds, maturing Oct. 15, 1993, through Oct. 15, 1997. $2.285 million called at 101 on April 15, 1993.

* Grainger County, Tenn., Series 1983, general obligation bonds, maturing May 1, 1995, through May 1, 1998. All of the above outstanding bonds called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Metropolitan Government Nashville and Davidson County, Tenn., Series 1983, general obligation bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2008. $58.3 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.
