PRINCETON, N.J. — PRINCETON, N.J.--Municipal bond issuers announce yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $27.1 million. The issuesbeing called are:

* California Health Facilities Financing Authority, Series 1985 A, revenue bonds (St. Francis Memorial Hospital), maturing Nov. 1, 2015. $14.11 million called at par on March 25, 1993.

* Orange County, Calif., Series 1984, apartment development revenue bonds (Trabuco Woods), maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through March 1, 1996. $2.59 million called at 101 on April 1, 1993.

* Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority, Fla., Series 1985 D, multiple-family housing revenue bonds (Foxbridge Apartments Project), maturing Aug. 1, 2005. $6.05 million called at par on April 2, 1993.

* Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority, Fla., Series 1985 E, multiple family housing revenue bonds (Foxbridge Apartments II Project), maturing Nov. 1, 2005. $4.35 million called at par on April 2, 1993.

* Elkhart Housing Finance Corp., Ind., Series 1982, mortgage revenue bonds (Town and Country Apartments Project), maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 1997, Nov. 1, 2011, and Nov. 1, 2023. All outstanding bonds called at 104 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Massachusetts State Turnpike Authority, Series 1986 A, turnpike revenue bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 2025, and Jan. 1, 2026. All outstanding bonds called on April 22, 1993, Jan. 1, 2025, maturity called at par, Jan. 1, 2026, maturity called at 102.

* Belgium, Wis., Series 1983, sewer system mortgage revenue ** bonds, maturing June 1, 1993, through June 1, 2003. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on June 1, 1993.

* Iola Scandinavia School District, Wis., Series 1978, school building bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.
