THEFT: Western District -- A TV/VCR valued at $800 was stolen from the Radio Shack in the 2000 block of Mondawmin Mall Monday.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2600 block of Kennedy Ave. through a rear kitchen door over the weekend and stole a TV and a VCR, all valued at more than $600, from a bedroom.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a Chevrolet truck parked in the 4500 block of Harford Road over the weekend and stole tools valued at $500.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Nearly $900 worth of furniture was stolen from a house in the 2100 block of N. Dukeland St. between March 2 and March 22 by someone who entered through a rear door.

BREAK-IN: Northwestern District -- Someone entered Tube Benders Inc. in the 4100 block of Hayward Ave. over the weekend by cutting a lock with a pair of bolt cutters and stole property of unknown value.

BREAK-IN: Northwestern District -- Property valued at $700 was stolen from Sun Carryout in the 4700 block of Liberty Heights Ave. over the weekend by someone who entered through a rear door.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1985 Buick with Maryland tags VBS 207 and owned by a resident of the 3900 block of Cloverhill Road was stolen over the weekend from the first block of E. 39th St.

BREAK-IN: Northern District -- Someone entered Sinai Care Inc. in the 1500 block of Sulgrave Ave. over the weekend through a door and stole a portable radio.

STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- A 1983 Chevrolet with Maryland tags KIB 393 was stolen from the 4600 block of `D Kernwood Road over the weekend.

BREAK-IN: Northern District -- Someone entered a locked office at Johns Hopkins University in the 3400 block of N. Charles St. over the weekend and stole nearly $210.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Two VCRs, a TV and jewelry, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a house in the 3000 block of N. Calvert St. by someone who entered through a door.

ASSAULT: Northern District -- A resident of the 4400 block of LaPlata Ave. was walking near his home Monday when he was attacked by three males who struck him with their fists and a bottle. Later, police arrested two adults and a juvenile in connection with the assault.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1000 block of Radnor Ave. through the front Monday and stole a TV, a cassette deck, a VCR and a stereo turntable, all valued at more than $1,500.

BURGLARY: Central District -- Someone entered a house in the 2200 block of Eutaw Place Sunday through a basement door and stole property valued at $600.

RAPE: Central District -- A woman was inside an elevator at a high-rise apartment building in the 700 block of W. Saratoga St. Sunday night when a man got on and pressed the button for the basement. When the elevator stopped, the man forced the woman off and took her to a secluded section and raped her. The man escaped and the woman was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment and was released.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 200 block of N. Charles St. was getting into her car in the 1300 block of W. North Ave. Sunday afternoon when two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed her of her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $400.

THEFT: Western District -- Someone removed several pieces of firefighting equipment from a fire truck parked in or near the station in the 1500 block of W. Lafayette Ave. Sunday.

THEFT: Western District -- Property valued at more than $200 was stolen from a van owned by the Honeywell Corp. in the 800 block of Hammonds Ferry Road while the vehicle was parked in the 900 block of W. Mulberry St. over the weekend by someone who broke a window.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 1600 block of Laurens St. over the weekend and stole property valued at nearly $700.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the first block of N. Fulton Ave. was robbed of $23 Sunday night by a man who forced his way into the house after a relative of the victim answered a knock at the door.

SHOOTING: Southern District -- A gunman shot a resident of the 2600 block of Round Road in the left leg Sunday afternoon while the victim was walking two blocks from his home. The gunman escaped and the victim was taken to Harbor Hospital Center for treatment.

ROBBERY/ARRESTS: Northwestern District -- Police arrested two men and were holding them at the station pending charges they robbed a resident of the 5300 block of Maple Ave. of $200 at gunpoint inside his home Saturday morning.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 4300 block of Elderon Ave. was robbed of his 1991 Dodge Colt in the 2600 block of Keyworth Ave. Sunday night by a man and woman he picked up earlier as they were hitchhiking.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A man with a knife robbed a resident of the 5300 block of Nelson Ave. of an undisclosed sum of money Sunday night near the victim's home.

THEFT: Southern District -- Someone stole the battery valued at $60 from a 1981 Dodge while the vehicle was parked in the 1100 block of W. Lombard St. over the weekend.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 1900 block of Wilkens Ave. was in the 400 block of S. Stricker St. Sunday afternoon when a man sprayed him in the face with a chemical irritant and robbed him of his wallet and $200.
