Carroll may save $5,000 as senior staffer leaves

March 24, 1993

The Carroll County Planning Department will save about $5,000 in the next fiscal year because a senior staff person left.

The county probably will hire a less experienced person to replace Senior Transportation Planner Rob Yingling, who left recently for a new job, Planning Director Edmund R. "Ned" Cueman said yesterday.

Mr. Cueman and Assistant Planning Director K. Marlene Conaway met with the county commissioners to review their budget for fiscal year 1994, which begins July 1.

The county's budget office has recommended a budget of $611,215 for the department.

The budget is $5,160 less than the current year's budget of $616,290.
