PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $21.12 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series tax allocation bonds (Monterey Hills Redevelopment Project), maturing May 1, 2010. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Montebello Community Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1982, tax allocation bonds (Montebello Hills Redevelopment Project), maturing Oct. 15, 2002. $5.22 million called at 101 on April 15, 1993.

* Montebello Community Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1982, tax allocation bonds (South Montebello Industrial Redevelopment Project), maturing Oct. 15, 2002. $3.55 million called at 101 on April 15, 1993.

* Coffee County Hospital Authority, Ga., Series 1983, revenue anticipation certificates, maturing Nov. 1, 1993, through Nov. 1, 1996, and Nov. 1, 2001. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on

May 1, 1993.

* Illinois Environmental Facilities Financing Authority, Series 1980, pollution control revenue bonds (Iowa-Illinois Gas and Electric Co. Project), maturing Jan. 15, 2010. $4.2 million called at 101 1/2 on April 22, 1993.

* Chillicothe, Iowa, Series 1980, pollution control revenue bonds (Iowa-Illinois Gas and Electric Co. Project), maturing Jan. 15, 2005. $6.85 million called at 101 1/2 on April 22, 1993.

* Clarkston Community Schools, Mich., Series 1984, school building and site bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 1998. $1.3 million called at 103 on May 1, 1993.

* Northville Public Schools, Mich., Series 1983, school building and site bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2010. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on May 1, 1993.
