Here's what to look for if you are traveling in the Baltimore metropolitan area this week. This list of highway projects includes only newly announced work, not continuing construction, which is extensive on several highways, including Interstate 95, U.S. 50/301 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.

New highway projects

Bellona Avenue, north of Seminary Avenue -- Beginning Tuesday, a portion of Bellona Avenue will be closed north of Seminary Avenue Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Westbound traffic on Seminary Avenue will turn right on Norman Avenue, left on Bellona Avenue, right on Morris Avenue, left on Francke Avenue and right on Seminary Avenue. Eastbound traffic will turn left on York Road and left on Bellona.

Harbor Tunnel Interstate 895 -- Tomorrow, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Lombard Street ramp to northbound Tunnel Thruway will be closed for maintenance.

Harbor Tunnel I-895 -- Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Moravia Road entrance ramp to I-95 North will be closed for maintenance.

` MTA route changes:

The MTA has scheduled the following bus route change for this week. Information: 539-5000; TTY for the hearing-impaired, 539-3497.

No. 21 -- Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, this line will be rerouted as follows due to construction in the Fells Point area.

Southbound to Fells Point via regular route to southbound on Caroline Street to Eastern Avenue, east on Eastern Avenue, south on Bond Street, west on Aliceanna Street, north on Caroline Street to Eastern Avenue where temporary layover will be taken.

When northbound from Fells Point, buses will travel north on Caroline Street, then via regular route.
