PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $46.535 million.

The issues being called are: * Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Series 1966D, waterworks revenue bonds, maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2000. $12.075 million called at 101 on April 8, 1993.

* Salinas, Calif., Redevelopment Agency, Series 1985A, tax allocation refunding bonds (Central City Revitalization), maturing Nov. 1, 1994, through Nov. 1, 2000, and Nov. 1, 2007. $2.2 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Hillsborough County, Fla. Aviation Authority, Series 1982, special purpose revenue bonds (Delta Air Lines), maturing Dec. 1, 2002. $8 million at 102 on April 22, 1993.

* Little Canada, Minn., Series 1985, commercial development revenue bonds (RLF of Minnesota Project), maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1995, Oct. 1, 2005, Oct. 1, 2015. $1.96 million called at 104 on April 1, 1993.

* Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska, Series 1983A, power supply revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1997, April 1, 2003, and April 1, 2017. $11.5 million called at 103 on April 1, 1993.

* North Dakota Municipal Bond Bank, Series 1983A bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2000. $5.8 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* University of Cincinnati, Series 1986, certificates of participation (Telecommunication System), maturing June 1, 1993, and June 1, 1994. $5 million called at par on April 15, 1993.
