Now that you can venture outside again, you'll find much to do in central Anne Arundel County, if you can see through the fog rising off the melting snow.

Tonight at 7:30, Our Shepherd Lutheran Church presents the Wagner College Choir in concert.

Directed by Dr. Patrick Gardner, the Staten Island, N.Y., choir also will perform at the National Cathedral in Washington.

To raise money for playground equipment, Oak Hill Elementary School is planning a Spring Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

The Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce invites members to a free networking workshop at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the offices of George T. Moran, Inc.

County libraries are inviting children to "Link Up for Library Week."

As your child reads a book between now and April 24, write the title, author, and your child's name and phone number on a strip of colored paper (available at the library or make it at home).

During National Library Week, April 18-24, the strips will be looped into chains to decorate the branches and excite young readers. Information: 222-7371.

"Charlotte's Webb" will be presented by the Chesapeake Academy Drama Club on April 1-3.

The theater-in-the-round production, directed by Jane Merrill, is planned for 7 p.m. April 1; 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. April 2; and 2 p.m. April 3 at the school.

A dinner theater production of the musical "Godspell" will bpresented at 8 p.m. April 3 at the Elks Lodge Hall on Truckhouse Road.

Archbishop Spalding High School announces its 1993 academic scholarship winners.

Attending ninth grade this fall on full-tuition scholarships will be Justin Warnick from St. John the Evangelist School and Andrew Eye from St. Jane Frances School.

Entering the ninth grade with half-tuition scholarships will be Alexander Rzasa from St. Pius X School, Melissa Daniels and Amanda Warfield from St. John the Evangelist School and Michelle Sumi from St. Augustine School.

The first alternate is Michael Rafferty from Arthur Slade Regional Catholic School; second alternate, Julia Musiker from St. Philip Neri; and third alternate, Paul Harrell from Arthur Slade.

The Spalding music department announces its freshman scholarship recipient: Hillary Herlehy from Arthur Slade.
