PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $19.87 million.

The issues being called are: * Kansas Housing Development Corp., Series 1982 B, mortgage revenue bonds, current interest bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1993, May 1 and Nov. 1, 1994, through Nov. 1, 1995, compound interest bonds maturing May 1 and Nov. 1, 1997, through Nov. 1, 2005. $1.5 million called on May 1, 1993, current interest bonds called at 102 1/2 , compound interest bonds called at 102 1/2 percent of accreted value.

* Hoffman Estates, Ill., Series 1983, waterworks and sewerage revenue bonds, maturing May 1, 1994, through May 1, 2001. $1.775 million called at 102 on May 1, 1993.

* Massachusetts State Health and Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1979 A, revenue bonds (Milford-Whitinsville Regional Hospital Issue), maturing July 1, 1995, and July 1, 2012. $13.62 million called at 101 on March 25, 1993.

* New York State Medical Care Facilities Authority, Series 1983, nursing home insured mortgage revenue bonds, maturing Jan. 15, 2023. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on April 8, 1993.

* Wilkes-Barre General Municipal Authority, Pa., Series 1983, college revenue refunding bonds (Wilkes College Project), maturing April 15, 2003. $1.975 million called at par on April 15, 1993.

* Rogersville, Tenn., Series 1983, general obligation general improvement bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2003. $1 million called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

* Tennessee State School Board Authority, Series 1985 A, higher educational facility bonds, maturing May 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on May 1, 1993.
