* Ellicott City: 3800 block of Paul Mill Road: Someone removed tools from an open garage in a residential area at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

8400 block of U.S. Route 40: Someone removed the locks from Normandy Cleaners and ransacked the business taking some change between 3:30 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Monday.

3100 block of West Springs Drive: A green 1993 Chevy Cavalier with Maryland tag 15323B was taken by someone from a residential area between 11:30 a.m. Friday and 12:40 p.m. Sunday.

8200 block of Main St.: A white 1992 Chevy Astro Van with Maryland tag 497403M was taken by someone from a residential area between 4 p.m. Friday and 12:50 p.m. Sunday.

9300 block of U.S. Route 40: The front door lock was twisted on K-Florist between 7:30 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Sunday.

3000 block of Rogers Ave.: Someone removed cigarettes from the High's store by smashing a window pane between 2:32 a.m. and 5:35 a.m. Monday.

9000 block of U.S. Route 40: A 1984 Chevrolet Blazer was stolen from the lot of Miller Chevrolet between 1 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. Friday, and was later recovered in Baltimore.
